A solid foundation is essential for a building to be safe, secure and durable and for a society to have positive progress well-being of next-generation forms the foundation. As part of our CSR initiative, we have collaborated with rural educational institutes to bring awareness of balanced nutrition and preservation of our natural resources. With a focus on education, the underprivileged children in Rural areas are provided with a positive learning environment. Over the last 7 years, our CSR activities have worked with schools in 5 villages around Bengaluru.

Our design emphasis is on building living spaces with free flow of natural air and light to minimize carbon footprints. In our everyday work, we consciously make efforts to reduce energy consumption at all our construction sites, practice modern construction technologies to reduce wastage and water resources. We strictly adhere to the Green standards of Governing Bodies. With the mission of building living spaces with a reduced effect on the environment, we have extensively invested in Solar power, water harvesting methods to recharge the underground water table, recycling and re-using of water.
